FREE TWO WAY SHIPPING POLICY

You need not worry about receiving wrong size shoes or shoes not up to your expectation – as a valued customer you are entitled to a one time free return shipping*. This means you need not pay shipping cost to return shoes to us if you are returning shoes for exchange. Likewise you need not pay return delivery cost to your address as it is on us. Simply, your cost to send shoes back to us and receive a replacement is ZERO! This offer is applicable only to shoes shipped within the Philippines.

* Please send shoes back to us using the courier who delivered shoes to you. Please pay shipping first and we will send you a check for the shipping cost together with the shoes.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you feel that the shoes do not meet your expectations for reasons such as fit, size, style and wish to have your payment refunded – simply send us a letter stating why you wish to return the shoes for refund. Please return the shoes unused, in brand new condition, in its original box, without any scratch on upper leather and outsole to us within 30 days from receipt for a refund.

Please take care of shoes as those with creased uppers / scratched or dirty soles cannot be accepted for refund. Note: To avoid damaging the shoes, please try them on carpet or similar material the first time you try them on.

Please note we can only refund the amount you have paid less P250 (the cost of shipping shoes to you). Also we are not able to reimburse the return shipping cost.
