NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO TAKE?
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO FIND YOUR SIZE...

Determining your proper shoe size is essential to a comfortable fit. Ill fitting shoes are the causes of foot pain, blistering and a lack of stability. Also, just because you knew your size a few years ago doesn''t mean your size is still the same. Shoe size changes over time.

The best time to measure your feet with the following method is at the end of the day, when your feet are at their biggest.

All you need is a piece of paper larger than your foot, a pen or pencil, a tape and a ruler.

Using these pictures as a guide, measure the length of both your feet.

STEP 1

Tape a piece of paper on the floor.

STEP 2

Sit on a chair with the foot firmly placed on the paper. Remember to measure your foot without shoes, but with socks similar to the ones you''ll be wearing with the shoes you are buying.

STEP 3

Hold a pencil or pen at a slight angle and trace the outline of your heel and your longest toe. Your leg should be tilted slightly forward so it will not interfere with the pencil as you make a mark of your heel. Make sure the pencil is resting snugly against your foot as you draw around it.

With a ruler measure the two farthest points and this will give you the length of your foot.

Note: Measure BOTH feet like this. It is important to measure as accurately as possible, to the nearest millimeter, not just to the nearest whole centimeter . A difference of 2 or 3 millimeters can mean the next half size is required.

STEP 4

With the measurement you got from Step 4 you can now find shoe size - if one foot is longer then use the length of your bigger foot to find the chart below.
